Vendasta Review (2026): White-Label Marketplace for Agencies

Vendasta combines hosted CRM capabilities with a marketplace for agencies selling software and services to small businesses. It is worth considering when you need to package several client products under your brand and can manage the pricing and delivery responsibilities of that catalogue.

This Vendasta review is based on published documentation, not firsthand testing. Compare complete client packages rather than the starting subscription alone, and confirm which plan includes your branding requirements before calculating reseller margins or promising a client experience.

Quick verdict

Best fit: agencies and MSPs building recurring service packages across marketing, sales and customer engagement, with someone responsible for implementation and margins.

Think twice if: you only need contact management or expect one subscription to include every client product. The breadth brings purchasing decisions and a steep learning curve.

What Vendasta currently sells

Vendasta’s product overview describes integrated CRM, automations, AI employees, reputation management, social publishing, local SEO, advertising and a marketplace of additional products. Billing and payments tools support the commercial side. The proposition is a shared operating platform for selling and delivering several services, with a client portal connecting the experience.

For an agency, that could mean packaging lead follow-up, review management and social posting into one monthly offer. An MSP could add digital marketing services alongside existing technology support. Our assessment is that this breadth is useful when clients already buy several related services; a large catalogue alone does not establish demand or guarantee profitable delivery.

The white-label and reseller model

Vendasta’s partner programme lets businesses resell its platform and products under their own brand. Partners earn the margin between wholesale costs and their customer pricing.

Confirm the branding permissions, portal features and product availability of your chosen tier before promising a fully branded experience. This is hosted software access, with ongoing dependence on Vendasta’s platform and commercial terms.

Pricing and ongoing costs

PlanMonthly minimumKey terms
Starter$99/monthMonthly billing; no contract
Professional$499/monthOne-year contract; white-label client portal
Premium$999/monthOne-year contract; larger agency tier

The current pricing page places standard plans at $99–$999/month, with per-product wholesale charges. However, simply adding a platform fee to every product cost can overstate the bill: eligible product spending offsets the subscription after the first month.

The platform subscription can reach $0 when qualifying spend meets the monthly minimum. Confirm which purchases qualify and how your billing cycle applies.

Build a quote around actual client packages, including product subscriptions, usage, extra seats and delivery labour. Model the result at five, twenty and fifty clients. Check cancellation terms and what happens to margins when a customer drops one product but still needs your support.

Where Vendasta looks strongest

Integrated CRM and automations connecting sales and customer workflows
AI employees supporting reception, sales follow-up, reputation and social tasks
Reputation, social, SEO and ads available across a broad product catalogue
White-label delivery, billing and marketplace tools supporting recurring agency packages

Main trade-offs to evaluate

Complex per-SKU pricing makes package design an operational task. Each individual product can introduce its own costs, limits and support expectations. Compare complete client scenarios, including fulfilment time, instead of choosing purely on the entry price.

The steep learning curve is our assessment of the platform’s scope, rather than a measured onboarding benchmark. Staff must learn the CRM, automation rules, catalogue, billing and client permissions.

Pilot one repeatable package first. For AI employees, test real enquiries, escalation paths and output quality before delegating customer conversations.

Referral commissions and reseller margins

Affiliate referral commissions and reseller margins are different revenue models. Obtain the applicable agreement directly from Vendasta before forecasting referral income.

Bottom line

Vendasta deserves consideration when your agency wants to sell and manage a broad service catalogue through one platform. Its value depends on repeatable packages, disciplined costing and staff training.

Compare GoHighLevel for another hosted agency option, or Seedly if source-code ownership matters. Request a demo using your actual client workflow before committing.
