White Label CRM pricing: compare the whole cost model

White-label CRM pricing is rarely one number. Agencies need to separate platform fees, onboarding, client-account limits, usage charges and the operational cost of owning more of the stack.

The four costs to model

1. Platform/license: monthly SaaS or an upfront software license. 2. Client capacity: whether accounts or seats increase cost. 3. Usage: email, SMS, voice, AI and other provider charges. 4. Operations: hosting, setup, maintenance and support responsibility.

Hosted white-label pricing

Current vendors illustrate how different the model can be. WhiteLabelCRM.com advertises $299/month plus a $1,250 onboarding fee, with five customer accounts included. Other reseller platforms package white labeling into agency tiers and may scale costs with client capacity or usage.

Source-code pricing

Seedly takes a different route: it currently advertises its CRM source code for $1,499 once, with unlimited seats and white-label client accounts. That is the software purchase—not a promise of zero recurring cost. Infrastructure and connected usage providers remain separate.

The comparison that matters

Estimate your likely 24–36 month cost under each model. Include expected client accounts, communication volume and the value of technical time. Then compare that total with the control you actually need.
